Typically, applicants are accepted into the resident program after an assessment of their relative strengths and areas needed for growth. Each applicant must complete admissions procedures and demonstrate high motivation and a spirit of cooperation for community living. All prospective participants are asked to visit, have a personal interview, and attend an orientation at the PIRP facilities in Tumacacori, Arizona.

Participants are accepted into the Integration Program on the basis of their experiential qualifications and potential. Personal references are required for each participant as a part of the evaluation in the admission process. New participants are accepted throughout the year. Information about tuition or sponsorship for the Integration Program is handled through the Admissions Office at (520) 603-9932 or via email.

The Personality Integration Rehabilitation Program admits participants of any race, color, religion, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to all participants. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs and athletic and other administered programs.
